Black Zheep DZ, native to the east side of Baltimore, is a part of a collective that call themselves the "7th Floor Villains." Once you download Platinum '93, you'll notice that the genre is listed under "Basement rap"; that's honestly the feel that I get from this. I can picture someone playing this while kickin' it in the basement with their people, doing whatever it is that people do in basements now-a-days...
